Do you have any certification?

We are not a clinical therapists nor we replace their expertise. The application is build on different psychological and emotional exercises that are proven to help in mental health problems. We are working with clinical therapists to provide you with best exercises that can help you in your mental health problems.

I tried therapist but it didn't work out. How is your application better than a clinical therapist?

We are not. But, we believe that with enough time and right therapist, your mental health problems can be solved. Our application is self-help tools to identify, evaluate and solve your mental health problems.

Can I see the result immediately?

There is no overnight transformation with body by exercise, same way there is no overnight transformation with mind just by using our app.

When will I see the results?

It depends on your mental health condition. If you are experiencing mild mental health problems, you will see the result within a week. If you are experiencing moderate mental health problems, you will see the result within a month. If you are experiencing severe mental health problems, you will see the result within 3 months.

I have tried different ways before and it didn't worked out. I don't think this will work also.

Mental Health Problems are very complicated if you have experience for prolong period. As we grew, we develop coping methods to handle anxiety, stress and depression but when problems affect at deep level, we do not know how to handle in healthy way, we develop negative or ineffective pattern and those pattern becomes stronger overtime. Getting over those pattern won't be easy. So, we suggest you to give our app a try and see how you see difference after using during a free trial period.
